Michael Amit Day 7

Today was a little busier than I had expected, especially since one of my appointments were rescheduled.


I woke up to emails galore and one of them was for a job interview on Friday so I'm stoked about that!


I had to make some phone calls for my health insurance, apparently I overpaid for something and I'm getting money back so yeah!!! lol


I hit the gym and was mightily distracted by this young woman who reminded me greatly of someone from my past. It wasn't pleasant so I ended up only staying for an hour, if even that. 


I stopped by our local Hobby Town to see if Psyduck was in... still nothing...



I will acquire you Psyduck! 

I have been looking for a year to just "find" this guy and now I have been waiting like 3 months for them to release it!

I'm not really a fan of what Pokémon has become (it's just too much lol) but I did grow up watching the first episodes when it was released in the states live on the air so this fellow here is one of my favorite childhood memories of Pokémon!

I already have 6 characters from the original 150 characters and once I get Psyduck, I just need Bandi to make and release a Snorlax and I "think" I will be satisfied with that. 

I did get to talk with Joe at Hobby Town, he's a very interesting gentleman who knows his hobbies lol

I may just come back when I have the time and resources to pick his brain for new things to tinker with!

Anyway....

I stopped by Hobby Town because it was in the same shopping center as Kroger and I needed to get some more groceries. It seems I come here like everyday or every other day which is ok, I just wish it weren't so darn cold since I often go after the gym and I'm just in my shorts and jacket lol

I came home, showered, ate, and worked on papers and what not.

Oh Bible study and Worship practice was canceled due to the roads and many people not being able to make it.

That means I have a lot more time this evening to address some tasks at home!

I'll be getting my beard trimmed tomorrow for my interview on Friday. Maybe, just "maybe" I'll take a picture for my next blog haha

 Sooo Yeahhhh.... The plan so far is to just keep going with these "Daily" blogs and keep the title going Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5..... We (as in me, myself and I lol) are going to make this look like a post-apocalyptic journal where resources are low and I haven't seen a person in like months and I think I'm going crazy... Michael Amit Day 8

I have had a lot on my mind for the past two days and if it weren't for my appointment with my barber and my gym day with an old co-worker, I think I would have stayed in bed all day. It was cold, the sun wasn't really out much and it was just one of those days were you want to hide under a blanket, watch a movie or read a book and eat very unhealthy food lol When I finally got up, I realized I had a list of things I definitely needed to take care of so I started making my list of tasks and got out the house. After running to a few places and getting my beard trimmed I headed to the gym for an upper body workout. My former co-worker (Mike) started hitting the gym with me a few weeks ago and we usually talk about whatever random things had happened earlier in that particular day. Michael Amit Day 9

 A bit much happened today and I'm very thankful it's Friday! I had to coordinate/figure out what to do once I got my car to the dealership for it's inspection, oil change and tire rotation.  I really didn't want to take the shuttle back home but I also didn't want to interrupt my family early in the morning but long story short... my Ate (older sister) insisted that she come pick me up so I didn't have to worry about wait time, which was nice and since she said it, I was a little more comfortable with it lol We chatted a little bit in the car and then I took the truck to my next appointment and when that was done, I found out that Sarah my little puppy was taken to the vet which was a bit concerning but I prayed about it and focused on my next set of tasks for the day.
